Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
At Vectrox, we are dedicated to delivering transparent, enterprise-grade software. This policy sets out clear, unambiguous rules regarding subscription cancellations, money-back guarantees, and refund requests processed through our payment partner, Paddle.
1.Billing and Merchant of Record
All subscription billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and customer payment processing for Vectrox are operated by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd), which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Transactions on your credit card or bank statement will appear as PADDLE.NET* VECTROX or PADDLE.COM. Paddle is legally responsible for taking payments, remitting global sales tax/VAT/GST, and handling authorized customer refunds in compliance with international commercial regulations.
2.14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the enterprise capabilities of Vectrox. If you subscribe to a paid Vectrox plan and determine within 14 days of your initial purchase that the platform does not meet your business operational requirements, you are eligible for a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
To claim your initial refund, simply email our customer desk at mayureshchaturvedi@gmail.com or use the support link inside your Paddle purchase receipt within 14 calendar days of your original payment date.
3.Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring Vectrox subscription at any time directly through the platform:
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription & Billing inside your workspace (accessible to the workspace Owner).
- Click Manage Subscription to open the self-service customer portal.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Upon cancellation, your workspace retains full, unrestricted access to all features, client records, and data until the end of your currently paid billing period (whether monthly or annual). Your card will not be billed again.
4.Pro-Rata Refunds & Exceptional Circumstances
Outside of the initial 14-day guarantee period, recurring subscription payments are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
- Material Service Unavailability: If the platform experiences continuous, documented downtime exceeding service commitments as outlined in our Terms of Service, you are entitled to a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
- Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges: If an administrative error or technical defect causes duplicate transactions, Paddle will immediately issue a full refund for the duplicate charge upon notification.
- Statutory Consumer Rights: Customers located in jurisdictions with mandatory legal cooling-off periods (such as the United Kingdom and European Union) retain all statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law.
5.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, dispute a charge, or resolve a billing question:
- Email Support: Write to mayureshchaturvedi@gmail.com with your workspace name, registered email address, and order/invoice number.
- Paddle Buyer Support: You may also reach out directly to Paddle via their 24/7 buyer portal at paddle.net using the order reference code on your emailed receipt.
Approved refunds are returned directly to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or wire transfer) through Paddle within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
